Pennine Lancashire Community Farm 3 (1).jpgSixteen transformational community projects across Wales are inviting you to help shape their plans, worth up to £2 million each. Find out who they are below.

Projects across Anglesey, Caerphilly, Conwy, Flintshire, Newport, Rhondda Cynon Taf, and Wrexham are asking people in their communities how they would like to see their local environment improved, and are each receiving a share of £290,850 as part of our Create Your Space programme.

In Anglesey, Llyn Parc Mawr Community Woodland Group, and Menter Mon will be looking to hear from people about how they can shape their projects in the area

Groundwork Wales and Lylac Ridge will want to hear from communities in Caerphilly about how they can best develop their projects in the area.

Golygfa Gwydyr Ltd in Conwy are wanting to engage with their local communities to find out what they want to see happen in the area.

In Flintshire, Groundwork North Wales, North Wales Wildlife Trust, and Park In The Past Community Interest Company will all be wanting to develop their projects by working with the help of local people.

In Newport, Duffryn Community Link, and Maindee Unlimited want hear from you develop their projects to benefit local communities as much as possible.

In Rhondda Cynon Taf, Interlink RCT and Ynysybwl Regeneration Partnership are looking to engage with communities about how they can shape their projects.

Finally, in Wrexham, Brymbo Heritage Group, Dee Valley Trust CIC, Erlas Victorian Walled Garden, and Keep Wales Tidy all want to speak with their local communities to make sure that their projects meet their needs.
